These are the ones I have and love:
The NINJA 3-in-1
This Crockpot does everything. It Steams, Roasts, Bakes, Sears AND Slow Cooks.
It comes with a great nifty timer.
Its a 6 quart an accommodates up to a 6 lb chicken or a 4 lb roast.
About $150 but there is a very nice $50 version that does not offer the Roast & Bake Settings. On this one, the Timer is KEY!
I also have a trusty, standard 6.5 quart Rival Crock pot.
About $40-45. You can get the upgraded one with a touchscreen for about $55
It doesn't have a timer, and you can't sear things or roast them, but I use this one the most. I just really like it:

I love this crock pot for parties or big family dinners bc you can really offer lots of options in one easy crock pot station! I think each pot is about 1.5-2 quarts
And last but not least, I've also got a small little 1.5 quart one, I think its Proctor - Silex.
Its great for soups or small sides, or a one person delicious meal.
Publix recently has been advertising a pretty sweet looking "Lunch-Time Crock Pot" which I might pick up for personal size light lunches on the go!
